Spiritual gifts, crystals, handmade jewellery, ornaments tarot cards, and specialist games cards can be can be purchased, or collected at the shop can be posted. Items such as specialist tarot or games cards can be pre-ordered prior to a release date and paid for. There may be a restriction on the number of items you can purchase such as games cards. As soon as the pre-ordered items become available in the shop, they will be sent out First Class Royal Mail signed for which takes approximately 2-3 working days. Longer posting times can vary at Xmas. You have the right to cancel before an order is shipped or posted. Once posted/shipped, an item cannot be stopped. I also have DPD Courier to assist. Postage with DPD is £7.50 plus VAT in the UK. Outiside, prices may vary and there may be restrictions on certain products. If you wish to return an item such as tarot or games cards, they must be unopened and returned to Angelic Awareness, 53 Market Hall, The Mall, Luton, LU1 2TB by Royal Mail First Class signed for within 14 days of purchase. You will be responsible for the postage if you change your mind or no longer require the item. Once the item is received back, we can process a refund within 7-14 days. if by card, it will be returned by card. If an error is made on our part of the order, we will be responsible for the postage and refund. If an item is damaged, please contact the shop Angelic Awareness on 07462 859607 and send item unopened within 14 days to us First Class Royal Mail Signed for. We will refund your postage and order once the item is received. Please do not open an item if the box is damaged. Please call 07462859607 with any queries.
Please note prices are in UK pounds and include VAT. For enquiries/payment and to book a reading by appointment or workshop please telephone or email if needing clarification.
You can now make a payment at the shop via a card machine via Worldpay. Angelic Awareness can accept most cards. If you cannot attend the shop, then you can make payments via PayPal for business, or Facebook Messenger. We also produce online invoices via Square.
All prices include UK VAT. UK postage fees apply for goods subject to weight/size and you will be informed of the price and postage fees agreed, before you proceed with your order. You are responsible for the postage fees unless otherwise stated. Please note that Angelic Awareness is not authorised to give cash back for a card payment. We also have PayPal facilities. Payments made via PayPal if refunded for any of the above reasons will be returned via PayPal.
Refund Policy is 7 days or 7 days after receiving goods, so up to 14 days in total. Please telephone 07462859607 to request a refund method and to arrange to return any goods or arrange a replacement. Returns during any lockdown period up to 30 days.

Please note that transactions are subject to review to prevent fraudulent transactions. If fraud is suspected, it will be reported to Worldpay and compliance with any other relevant authority.
Hours: 9.00 - 5.00pm Monday to Saturday at the Angelic Awareness shop at Unit 53 Luton Market Hall, The Mall, Luton LU1 2TB. If the door is closed, it may mean I am on a break or undertaking a treatment. It is best to telephone, leave a text or message and phone number so that I can get back to you. Earlier or later appointments can be booked at the shop, or during some evenings, I can see women locally at a venue in Luton Town Centre. I can do home visits for party bookings for Angel Tarot Readings can be booked in advance subject to location. Some treatments out of hours may be available in the Luton area for women only.

We do not sell products or provide services for purchase by children apart from when they are in the shop they may wish to buy crystals or ornaments. We market to children. All persons asking for a Tarot Reading or Treatment are asked their age which under UK law is 18 and ID may be required. Only with parental consent can a treatment or reading take place and also at the discretion of Angelic Awareness TM.

12.2. If a dispute is not settled then we hope you will agree to attempt to resolve it by engaging in good faith with us in a process of mediation or arbitration.
12.3. If you are in any way dissatisfied about how we process your personal information, you have a right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office. This can be done at https://ico.org.uk/concerns/
13. Retention period for personal data
Except as otherwise mentioned in this privacy notice, we keep your personal information only for as long as required by us:
13.1. to provide you with the services you have requested such as consent for a healing or treatment. We have to keep treatment records by law for 7 years.
13.2. to comply with other law, including for the period demanded by our tax authorities;
13.3. to support a claim or defence in court.
